Synopsis
JANEY is the story of an emotionally distraught woman dealing with the murder of a mother who abandoned her and her sister in childhood. Janey begins to hear voices and is prompted by the voices to search for the ghost of her mother, Evelyn. Janey leaves her home and husband to live on the streets. She wanders the parks, cemeteries and churches her mother frequented in an attempt to discover the truth. Her quest brings her in contact with Ian, a bagman, who turns out to be her mother's old friend and lover. Ian opens up to Janey about the woman she knew little about. We follow Janey on her journey to understand life and death. This story about a woman, her mother and the hereafter was filmed in high definition.
